Appointment Details:
What should you bring or be prepared for? We are open by appointment only and payment for the session is required in order to reserve your appointment. Please be on time and prepared for your appointment when you arrive. If you are running late, please contact your photographer for instructions. Look below for more specific items related to your appointment... BABIES: All babies from newborn to 18 months old should have two changes of clothes and toys that match (in color or theme). Blankets are good and shoes are not necessary. Also, they can get tired very quickly, so please do not practice smiles and playing prior to their portrait session. BEACH: The wind on the beach can be quite strong at times. This can create a sense of mystery in the portraits, however, long hair, bridal veils and other items around the face are not advised. Scarfs and materials that flow in the wind are wonderful additions.
BRIDALS: Please bring your bouquet, all of your clothing, shoes, jewelry with you.
CHILDREN: Simple clothing is best... and having something for them to hold or do during the session will save the moment!
INDIVIDUALS: Your clothing and hair should match the look you want to achieve... from very professional to very sensual. We are happy to discuss these details with you.
ENGAGEMENTS: These portraits should show how much fun you have as a couple and how beautiful you are together. It is best if your clothes coordinate.
FAMILIES: These portraits can be very formal or very casual depending upon what you want. Khakis or jeans with solid colored shirts look great in portraits. You don't have to have the same colors, the most important thing is that your clothing is all either light or all dark.
OUTSIDE SESSION: If your session is outside, please understand that we will do everything possible to ensure your clothing and personal items are not damaged, however, you are responsible for their condition. Also, go to your session unless it is actually raining. If you are in doubt, call your photographer.
Beach WEDDINGS: We will create a schedule and list of posed portraits for your wedding and will review this list with you prior to your wedding to ensure all goes as you desire. On the wedding, we will be watching each event and covering all the big and small details so you have lots to choose from.... Once the wedding is complete, we will put all your photos online. You have one month to choose your favorite photos and then we will start making your custom wedding book with all the portraits printed directly into the book. There are lots of details to discuss and we will try to make everything as easy as possible! |
