Quality
All our portraits have true colors, beautiful lighting and are printed on professional papers, with a 100 year guarantee. We can not guarantee that your monitor will show the true colors of our photographs, but we can guarantee that the portraits you receive from us will have beautiful lighting and color. We guarantee it.
The difference between Proofs and Previews!
We believe it is hard to tell what a portrait will look like until after you see it 'fixed', that is why we fix (retouch) all our proofs, turning them into previews. This way you get what you see (depending upon the settings of your monitor). If you want to see the true color of your images, please arrange an appointment to come see them on our monitors.
Payment
Since all portraits are custom made, we do require full payment when the order is placed. They are normally finished within 5 weeks, but you will receive a specific due date for your order when it is placed and paid.
Copyright
It is important to remember that every portrait created is copyrighted. The Federal Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the author of a photograph the exclusive right to reproduce the photograph. This law enables artist to provide an income for their families while providing you and others with beautiful things. For this reason, we consider this law very important and we do prosecute violators of this law.
To obtain copies of professional photographs we urge you to contact the photographer/copyright owner. Photographers are happy to discuss options for reproducing photos with you. If you want a copy of any of our images, we will be happy to discuss our many options with you.
Pricing
There are basicly two things will prices, first is the session fees and next are the portraits you wish to order. The prices for the portraits vary depending upon the size and how many you are getting. You will see a basic pricelist online and if interested, ask for a Full Pricelist to see all of your options!
Ordering Frames
You can have a breathtaking portrait, but put it in the wrong frame and your will ruin the overall effect... likewise, you can take a basic photo, put it in the perfect frame and create a nice set. We do not offer framing, but will give you a list of suggestions & guidelines. Following these guidelines will help to ensure that your portrait is framed perfectly!
Ordering Books
People continue to be blown away with our books and we have expanded our options, so we now have books for all occasions. Babies, Weddings, Families, Bar Mitzvahs, talent & modeling, etc... Just ask for details and make sure to find out about our design options too!
